Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit Clamp provides quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe. Each clamp includes nitrile seals and a bridge pin that locks the clamp in a closed position, with galvanized clamps supplied with a galvanized bridge pin and stainless steel clamps supplied with an SS bridge pin. Optional seal materials such as silicone and ePTFE are available for applications where the temperature may not be suitable for nitrile. The clamps range in size, with 7" to 11" clamps featuring a large bridge pin with a 1/2" wide nitrile seal from the factory, and 12" to 24" clamps equipped with a large bridge pin with a 5/8" wide nitrile seal. Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork is designed for simple assembly, utilizing a rolled edge on the ends of components that allows for easy connections through barrel-type clamps, with a specially designed gasket ensuring a tight seal. This system eliminates the need for rivets, screws, or welding, resulting in installation and downtime reductions of more than 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. It is also re-usable and easy to clean, allowing for simple uninstallation, relocation, and maintenance without the need for tools.
