Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit Clamp offers quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe, featuring nitrile seals and a bridge pin for secure closure. The clamps include a galvanized bridge pin for galvanized models and an SS bridge pin for stainless steel variants. Optional seal materials available are silicone and EPTFE for high-temperature applications. Clamps ranging from 7" to 11" come with a large bridge pin and a 1/2" wide nitrile seal, while those from 12" to 24" include a large bridge pin with a 5/8" wide nitrile seal. The specially designed gasket within the clamp ensures a tight seal at the joint, allowing for tool-free installation, significantly reducing installation time and downtime by over 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. The Quick-Fit ducting system is also reusable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needed, and is designed for straightforward cleaning and reinstallation without tools.
