Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit clamp is designed for quick and easy connections with Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe. Each clamp is supplied with nitrile seals and a bridge pin that locks the clamp in a closed position; the galvanized option features a galvanized bridge pin, while the stainless steel option includes a stainless steel bridge pin. For applications where temperatures are not suitable for nitrile, optional seal materials include silicone and ePTFE. The clamps are available in various sizes, with 7-inch to 11-inch models featuring a large bridge pin and a 1/2-inch wide nitrile seal, and 12-inch to 24-inch models including a large bridge pin with a 5/8-inch wide nitrile seal. Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork allows for easy clamping due to rolled edges on the component ends, enabling quick connections aided by a specially designed gasket for a tight seal. The system eliminates the need for rivets, screws, or welding, significantly reducing installation time and downtime by over 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. Additionally, Quick-Fit ducting is designed for reusability, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs evolve, and it can be easily cleaned and re-installed without special tools.
