Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit clamp allows for quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe. Each clamp includes nitrile seals and a bridge pin that locks the clamp into a closed position; galvanized clamps come with a galvanized bridge pin, while stainless steel (SS) clamps are equipped with an SS bridge pin. Optional seal materials include silicone and ePTFE for applications where temperatures may not be suitable for nitrile. Clamps sized from 7” to 11” feature a large bridge pin with a 1/2” wide nitrile seal, while those from 12” to 24” include a large bridge pin with a 5/8” wide nitrile seal. The benefits of Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork lie in its design, which allows components to be clamped together easily thanks to rolled edges and a specially designed gasket that ensures a tight seal. Installation is straightforward, eliminating the need for rivets, screws, or welding, and can reduce installation time and downtime by over 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. This ducting system is also re-usable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs change, and is designed for easy cleaning and re-installation without the use of tools.
