Made in the USA, Nordfab's QF angle flange adapter features an industry-standard angle flange on one end and a quick-fit (QF) rolled edge on the other, facilitating a swift connection of QF duct pipe and fittings to flanged pipes and fittings. For custom hole patterns, a flat flange (FFL) can be specified instead of an angle flange (ANGFL), with the requirement to provide the hole pattern; if no drawing is supplied, the flat flange will be blank. Flanges are securely retained with a Van Stone lip. The quick-fit ductwork components allow for easy clamping together, utilizing a rolled edge that connects to other components with a barrel-type clamp, which includes a specially designed gasket for a tight seal. The installation process is rapid and straightforward, as no rivets, screws, or welding are necessary, resulting in over 45% reduced installation and downtime compared to traditional flanged ductwork. The system is also reusable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as requirements change, and it can be cleaned effortlessly, as the quick-fit ducting can be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled without the need for tools.
