Made in the USA, Nordfab's QF angle flange adapter features an industry-standard angle flange on one end and a quick-fit (QF) rolled edge on the other, facilitating the quick connection of QF duct pipe and fittings to flanged pipes and fittings. For custom hole patterns, a flat flange (FFL) can be specified instead of an angle flange (ANGFL), and the corresponding hole pattern must be provided; otherwise, the flat flange will be blank. The flanges are securely maintained with a Van Stone lip. Key attributes include the ease of clamping components together, using a barrel-type clamp with a specially designed gasket for a tight seal, enabling quick assembly without special tools. The telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple allows for flexibility in installation without the need for precise measurements. The installation process is efficient and fast since no rivets, screws, or welding are required, reducing installation and downtime by over 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. Additionally, Quick-Fit ducting is reusable, making it convenient to uninstall and relocate as needs change, and it is easy to clean, allowing for straightforward removal and re-installation without the use of tools.
