It is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for food equipment and constructed from heavy-duty, type 304 stainless steel, featuring an electropolished finish that enhances corrosion resistance while improving surface finish and ease of cleaning. This drag fork is ideal for use across various industries, including meat, dairy, seafood, poultry, commercial fishing, material handling, agriculture, and chemical and industrial applications. It is fully welded to eliminate any spaces where particles could accumulate and is completely seamless with large radiuses that ensure easy cleaning.
