The A421 series controls are single stage, line-voltage electronic temperature controls featuring a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) output relay, designed for a wide range of single-stage refrigeration or HVAC equipment with an ambient temperature range of -40 to 212°F. Model A421ABC-04C comes with a standard type 1 (NEMA) IP20 high-impact plastic enclosure, suitable for either surface or DIN rail mounting, and is rated for 120 or 240 VAC. The kit includes an A99BB-400C PTC temperature sensor with a 2 in. standard probe and a 13.1 ft. PVC cable. Key features of the control unit include a control front panel LCD, basic and advanced programming menu, on/off temperature adjustment, switch-activated temperature setback, adjustable anti-short cycle delay, adjustable sensor offset, an optional restricted adjustment mode, and a sensor failure mode.
