The A421 series controls are single-stage, line-voltage electronic temperature controls equipped with a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) output relay, designed for controlling a variety of single-stage refrigeration or HVAC equipment with an ambient temperature range of -40 to 212°F. Model A421ABC-03C features a standard type 1 (NEMA) IP20 high-impact plastic enclosure that is suitable for surface or DIN rail mounting, and it is rated for either 120 or 240 VAC. The kit includes a99BB-300C PTC temperature sensor with a 2 in. standard probe and a 9.75 ft. PVC cable. Key features include a control front panel LCD, basic and advanced programming menu, on/off temperature adjustment, switch-activated temperature setback, adjustable anti-short cycle delay, adjustable sensor offset, an optional restricted adjustment mode, and a sensor failure mode.
