The Babcock Davis BITK1010 is a 10" x 10" general purpose fire-rated insulated access door featuring an exposed 1" face flange and a knurled knob with a keyed lock for secure latching. It is UL and Warnock-Hersey listed for use in wall and ceiling applications. The door is engineered with mineral wool fiber insulation to help reduce heat transfer during a fire. The package includes the access door with the specified flange and latching hardware, designed for installation in most material substrates.
