The Babcock Davis BITK3036 is a 30" x 36" exposed flange, knurled knob access door designed for general purpose use. It features fire-rated insulation with UL and Warnock-Hersey listings, making it suitable for wall and ceiling applications. Engineered with mineral wool fiber insulation, the BITK3036 helps in reducing heat transfer during a fire. The door has a 1" exposed face flange for compatibility with various material substrates, and standard latching is provided through a keyed lock with a knurled knob.
