The BA3636 roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. It features a simple installation and operation process, with a curb manufactured from 11ga aluminum and a gas spring that facilitates the opening of the equally constructed 11ga aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb are equipped with 1" thick rigid insulation for enhanced thermal performance. The hatch includes a continuous gasket to ensure weathertightness, and the standard finish is mill.
