The BA3630 roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind, providing easy access to roof areas. It features an industry-standard size that is simple to install and operate. The kit includes a curb manufactured from 11ga aluminum and a gas spring mechanism that facilitates the opening of the 11ga aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation, ensuring effective thermal performance. The hatch also includes a continuous gasket for weathertightness, and its standard finish is mill. This roof hatch is compliant with relevant safety standards and regulations.
