The BW3054 roof hatch is designed specifically for white roofs, facilitating easy access to roof areas. This model is straightforward to install and operate, featuring a curb made from 14-gauge galvanized steel and a gas spring that aids in opening the 14-gauge galvanized steel lid. Both the lid and curb are insulated with 1" thick rigid insulation, ensuring energy efficiency. The BW3054 includes a continuous gasket for weathertightness and comes standard with a white powder coat finish.
