The Babcock Davis BITK2222 is a 22" x 22" general-purpose fire-rated insulated access door featuring an exposed flange and a knurled knob. This access door is designed for both wall and ceiling applications and has UL and Warnock-Hersey listings, ensuring compliance with safety standards. It incorporates mineral wool fiber insulation to effectively reduce heat transfer during a fire incident. The door is equipped with a 1" exposed face flange, making it suitable for installation in a variety of material substrates.
