The BW3636 roof hatch is designed for easy access to roof areas, particularly suitable for white roofs. It features a 14-gauge galvanized steel curb and a gas spring mechanism facilitating the opening of the 14-gauge galvanized steel lid. Both the lid and curb are insulated with 1" thick rigid insulation, and a continuous gasket ensures weathertightness. The standard finish of the hatch is a white powder coat, providing durability and protection against the elements.
