The Babcock Davis BITK1414 is a 14" x 14" general purpose fire-rated insulated access door featuring an exposed flange and a knurled knob. It is certified with UL and Warnock-Hersey listings suitable for both wall and ceiling applications. This access door is engineered with mineral wool fiber insulation designed to assist in reducing heat transfer during a fire. It includes a 1" exposed face flange for installation in various material substrates. The standard latching mechanism consists of a keyed lock combined with a knurled knob for secure access.
