The 6250-C is a premium twin twist (two flavor) floor standing, gravity fed soft serve machine capable of producing a variety of soft serve products including ice cream, frozen yogurt, custards, and sorbets. It features an easy-to-use dual digital user interface and control system that maintains excellent product consistency, hopper temperature, and high-performance parameters. The machine's hopper refrigeration and sleep/standby feature keep products fresh and can accommodate both dairy and non-dairy items. Hopper agitators stir the product throughout the day, saving operator time and ensuring consistent dairy-safe cooling. With patented freezing technology on the 1.8qt cylinders, it has a super-fast recovery time, producing over 350 small 4oz servings per hour. The revolutionary V2 beater and PAR (product to air ratio) system significantly reduce wearable parts by over 25%, while enhancing product quality and control overrun. The V2 beater and blade system minimizes ice buildup for a smoother, creamier product, and it has been tested to maintain overrun longer than other gravity-fed systems. Key features include a refrigerated hopper, standby mode, hopper agitator, swivel and locking casters, low-level indicator, air-cooled operation, and easy installation. The machine includes an 8-foot cord and plug, a start-up kit with an extra tune-up kit, lubricant, brush kit, manual, and cleaning guides.
