The system incorporates the Spaceman V2 beater/blade mechanism for easy cleaning and optimal product consistency, producing smaller ice crystals for a smooth texture. The innovative overhead design allows for rapid switching of products and hardness levels in under 30 seconds, making it ideal for multi-unit operators with adjustable settings from 1 to 6 for consistent control across locations.
