The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide thermoplastic teal body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle for superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body withstands chemicals and extreme temperatures while being lightweight. Designed specifically for safety lockout/tagout applications, this padlock features a high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder that complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. It is a recommended solution for sensitive environments where a plastic 3/16 in (4.76 mm) shackle size is required, and includes a non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking dielectric nylon shackle. The padlock design remains compliant with OSHA guidelines, is non-key retaining, allowing the padlock to be left unlocked and snap locked, and is UV stable to withstand various environmental conditions. It includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with 14 language options available for global identification purposes, as well as an S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition. The keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder adds an additional layer of security.
