The Omega II® commercial radiant infrared tube heater is a 45,000 BTU power vented system featuring a 3.5" OD emitter tube that operates on natural gas, manufactured in the US by Combustion Research. It is a pre-engineered, gas-fired, unitary power vented system available in a 20' straight configuration. The package includes a powder coated aluminized steel burner, bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulator, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. The heater is CSA certified and designed for commercial and industrial applications such as aircraft hangers, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, steel warehousing, greenhouses, swimming pools, and more, offering energy savings of 30-50% compared to conventional heating systems. The product carries a limited warranty with three years coverage on ignition controls and electrical components and 10 years on radiant tubes. Installation must comply with local codes and be performed by a qualified HVAC contractor.
