The Serengeti-IR® residential radiant infrared tube heater is a gas-fired heating system manufactured in the US by Combustion Research, featuring a power-vented design with a heating capacity of 60,000 BTU. This pre-engineered, unitary power-vented system utilizes a 3.5" OD emitter tube and is available in a 20 feet straight configuration. The system includes a powder-coated aluminized steel burner, a 3 ft power cord with a 3-prong plug, bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat-treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulators, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with a manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. Ideal for residential garages, it is also suited for various commercial and industrial applications, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, workshops, and more. The heater is CSA certified and comes with a limited warranty of one year on ignition controls and electrical components and ten years on radiant tubes. Installation must comply with local codes and be performed by a qualified HVAC contractor. This product is made in the USA.
