The Omega II® commercial radiant infrared tube heater is a powerful 200,000 BTU power vented system manufactured in the USA by Combustion Research. It features a 4" OD emitter tube and operates on natural gas as a pre-engineered, gas fired, unitary power vented system, designed for a 60' straight configuration. The system offers significant energy savings of 30-50% compared to conventional heating systems. Included in each package are a powder coated aluminized steel burner, bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulator, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. This heater is suitable for a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including aircraft hangers, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, steel warehousing, greenhouses, and swimming pools. The heater is CSA certified and comes with a limited warranty of three years on ignition controls and electrical components, and 10 years on radiant tubes. Installation must comply with local codes, laws, and regulations, and should be performed by an HVAC contractor qualified in the installation and service of gas fired heating equipment.
