The Omega II® commercial radiant infrared tube heater is the original dry tube gas fired system manufactured in the US by Combustion Research, featuring a powerful 200,000 BTU power vented system with a 4" OD emitter tube that operates on natural gas. This pre-engineered, gas fired, unitary power vented system (also known as positive pressure or push through systems) is available in a 70' straight configuration. Each system includes a powder coated aluminized steel burner, standard bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulators, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. It is designed for use in various commercial and industrial applications, including aircraft hangers, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, steel warehousing, greenhouses, and swimming pools. The heater is CSA certified and comes with a limited warranty, offering three years on ignition controls and electrical components, as well as 10 years on radiant tubes; further details can be found in the owner's manual. Installation must comply with local codes, laws, and regulations and should only be performed by an HVAC contractor qualified in the installation and service of gas fired heating equipment.
