The Omega II® commercial radiant infrared tube heater is a dry tube gas-fired system manufactured in the US by Combustion Research, featuring a 150,000 BTU power vented system with a 4" OD emitter tube that operates on natural gas. This pre-engineered, gas-fired unitary power vented system, also known as positive pressure or push-through systems, comes in a 50' straight configuration package. It offers energy savings of 30-50% over conventional heating systems and includes a powder-coated aluminized steel burner, bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat-treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulators, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with a manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. Designed for commercial and industrial applications, it is suitable for use in aircraft hangers, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, steel warehousing, greenhouses, swimming pools, and more. The product is CSA certified and comes with a limited warranty of three years on ignition controls and electrical components, and ten years on radiant tubes, with details available in the owner's manual. Installation must be performed in accordance with local codes, laws, and regulations by an HVAC contractor qualified in gas-fired heating equipment installation and service.
