The Omega II® commercial radiant infrared tube heater, the original dry tube gas fired system manufactured in the US by Combustion Research, features a 200,000 BTU power vented system with a 4" OD emitter tube that operates on natural gas. This pre-engineered, gas fired, unitary power vented system is designed for a 50' straight configuration. Each system includes a powder coated aluminized steel burner, bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulators, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with a manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. It is suitable for commercial and industrial applications such as aircraft hangers, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, steel warehousing, greenhouses, and swimming pools, among others. The heater is CSA certified and comes with a limited warranty of three years on ignition controls and electrical components, and ten years on radiant tubes. Installation must comply with local codes, laws, and regulations, and should be performed by a qualified HVAC contractor skilled in the installation and service of gas fired heating equipment.
