The Omega II® Commercial Radiant Infrared Tube Heater is a gas-fired heating system manufactured in the USA by Combustion Research, featuring a power vented design with 50,000 BTU output and a 3.5" OD emitter tube that operates on natural gas. This pre-engineered unitary system comes with a 15' U-configuration and offers energy savings of 30-50% compared to conventional heating systems. Included in the package are a powder coated aluminized steel burner, standard bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulator, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with a manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. The heater is designed for various commercial and industrial applications, such as aircraft hangars, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, and greenhouses. It is CSA certified with a limited warranty of three years on ignition controls and electrical components, and 10 years on radiant tubes. Installation must be conducted in accordance with local codes, laws, and regulations by a qualified HVAC contractor specializing in gas-fired heating equipment.
