The Omega II® Commercial Radiant Infrared Tube Heater is the original dry tube gas-fired system manufactured in the US by Combustion Research, featuring a powerful 45,000 BTU output. It is a vented system with a 3.5" OD emitter tube that operates on natural gas and comes in a pre-engineered, unitary design with a 10' straight configuration. This system offers significant energy savings of 30-50% compared to conventional heating options. Each package includes a powder-coated aluminized steel burner, bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat-treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulators, a stainless steel flexible gas connector with a manual gas valve (for US only), and two reflector end caps. The heater is suitable for various commercial and industrial applications, including aircraft hangars, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, as well as steel warehousing, greenhouses, and swimming pools. It is CSA certified and comes with a limited warranty of three years on ignition controls and electrical components, along with a 10-year warranty on radiant tubes. Installation should comply with local codes, laws, and regulations and be performed by an HVAC contractor qualified in gas-fired heating equipment installation and service.
