Interlake Mecalux bulk rack add-on with steel decking is engineered for storage areas where goods are managed manually rather than on pallets, making it suitable for light to medium loads. This pre-configured unit includes one upright frame and three steel decking storage levels. The bulk rack upright frames are punched on 2" centers to facilitate beam adjustment, effectively reducing down aisle growth and minimizing wasted space. The orange bulk rack beams are securely mounted to the frame with two U safety pins for enhanced security and stability. The beams and uprights undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, ensuring anti-corrosion protection and consistent layer thickness, which provides exceptional durability in a warehousing environment. The 22-gauge galvanized steel decking accommodates hand-loading of medium to heavy loads with a variety of products, offering a flat loading surface across multiple steel decks spanning the beams. This system allows for easy and simple assembly and is Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
