The pre-configured Interlake Mecalux bulk storage rack starter units provide an efficient solution for storage areas where goods are manually handled, catering to light to medium loads. Each starter unit includes two upright frames and three steel decking storage levels. The bulk rack upright frames are punched on 2" centers, allowing for easy beam adjustment to optimize space usage. The orange bulk rack beams are securely mounted to the frame using two U safety pins to enhance stability. The components partake in a cataphoresis paint process that offers anti-corrosion protection and durability against wear and tear within warehouse environments. The 22 ga galvanized steel decking is engineered for hand loading medium to heavy loads and features multiple steel decks spanning across the beam load for a flat loading surface. Expanding the bulk rack system is straightforward by adding Interlake Mecalux bulk rack add-ons with steel decking. The units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
