The pre-configured Interlake Mecalux bulk storage rack starter units are designed for storage areas where goods are handled manually rather than being transported on a pallet, suitable for light to medium loads. The kit includes two upright frames and three steel decking storage levels. The bulk rack upright frames are punched on 2" centers for easy beam adjustment, minimizing down aisle growth and optimizing space. The orange bulk rack beams are securely mounted to the frame with two U safety pins for added stability. The starter components (beams and uprights) undergo a cataphoresis paint process using electro-chemical technology, ensuring anti-corrosion protection and consistent layer thickness, enhancing durability against typical warehouse wear and tear. The 22 ga galvanized steel decking is engineered for hand loading medium to heavy loads with various products, and multiple steel decks span the beams to form a flat loading surface.
