The pre-configured Interlake Mecalux bulk storage rack add-on units are designed for storage areas where goods are handled manually, suitable for light to medium loads. The kit includes one upright frame and three steel decking storage levels. The bulk rack upright frames are punched on 2" centers for easy beam adjustment, preventing down aisle growth and optimizing space use. Orange bulk rack beams are securely mounted to the frame with two U safety pins to ensure additional stability. The components, including beams and uprights, undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection and uniform thickness for enhanced durability in the warehouse environment. The 22 ga galvanized steel decking is intended for hand loading of medium to heavy loads across various products, featuring multiple steel decks that span the beam to create a flat loading surface. The assembly is straightforward and uncomplicated. Additionally, the Interlake Mecalux bulk rack add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
