The pre-configured Interlake Mecalux bulk storage rack add-on units are designed for storage areas where goods are handled manually, rather than being transported on pallets, and are suitable for light to medium loads. The kit includes one upright frame and three steel decking storage levels. Key features of the storage system include bulk rack upright frames that are punched on 2" centers for easy beam adjustment, minimizing aisle growth and wasted space. The orange bulk rack beams are mounted to the frame and secured with two U safety pins for enhanced stability. Additionally, the components (beams and uprights) undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection and uniform layer thickness, ensuring durability against the wear and tear of a warehouse environment. The 22 ga galvanized steel decking supports medium to heavy loads and is designed for hand loading with various products.
