The pre-configured Interlake Mecalux bulk storage rack add-on units are designed for storage areas where goods are handled manually instead of being transported on a pallet. This storage system accommodates light to medium loads and includes one upright frame and three steel decking storage levels. Bulk rack upright frames are punched on 2" centers for easy beam adjustment, helping to eliminate down aisle growth and wasted space. Orange bulk rack beams are mounted to the frame and secured with two U safety pins for additional security and stability. The bulk rack add-on components, including beams and uprights, undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection and consistent layer thickness for durability against the wear and tear of warehouse environments. The 22 ga galvanized steel decking is engineered for hand loading medium to heavy loads with a variety of products, featuring multiple steel decks that span across the beam load to form a flat loading surface. Assembly is straightforward, and these bulk rack add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
