The pre-configured Interlake Mecalux bulk storage rack add-on units are designed for storage areas where goods are handled manually rather than transported on a pallet, accommodating light to medium loads. This easy-to-order unit consists of one upright frame and three steel decking storage levels. The bulk rack upright frames feature punched holes on 2" centers for simple beam adjustment, minimizing aisle growth and wasted space. The orange bulk rack beams are secured to the frame using two U safety pins for added security and stability. The components, including beams and uprights, undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, ensuring anti-corrosion protection and uniform thickness for durability in a warehouse environment. The 22 ga galvanized steel decking is designed for hand loading medium to heavy loads and accommodates a variety of products through multiple steel decks spanning across the beam load to provide a flat loading surface. Assembly is straightforward, and the Interlake Mecalux bulk rack add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
