The Air Systems International 30 CFM Breather Box® (model BB30-CO) offers a comprehensive filtration system with a 30 CFM filtration rate and a 48 CFM flow capacity, featuring a three-stage Grade-D filtration process. The unit is equipped with filter change indicators on all filters, a 1/2" Hansen 5000 series plug inlet capable of handling a maximum inlet pressure of 150 PSI, and includes two automatic drains with discharge tubes alongside one manual drain. It operates on 115 VAC or 9-12 VDC at 60 Hz and has a built-in CO monitor set at 10 PPM (5 PPM for Canada) to comply with OSHA regulations. The breather box comes with a two-outlet solid aluminum block manifold featuring a 1/4" Schrader style connection, external warning lights and an alarm system, a pressure regulator, and a safety relief valve set at 125 PSI. Additionally, it includes a visual airflow meter for monitoring and is housed in a Pelican™ case for portability. The unit can be used in both closed and upright positions and includes a replacement filter kit (BB50-FK) as well as calibration equipment (BBK-20 or BBK-20103 for the U.S. and BBK-10 or BBK-10103 for Canada) with a recommendation to calibrate the monitor monthly. Remote alarm options available for compatibility with this breather box include models 50-ALM, 50-ALMH, 50-ALMST, and 50-ALMSTH, which work in conjunction with multiple filter kits and calibration options.
