The kit includes a filtration system with 100 CFM filtration and a flow capacity of 123 CFM, featuring a three-stage, grade-D filtration process, complete with filter change indicators on all filters. It is equipped with a 1/2" Hansen 5000 series plug inlet that can handle a maximum inlet pressure of 150 PSI, and incorporates two automatic drains with discharge tubes as well as one manual drain. The system operates at 115 VAC, 9-12 VDC, and 60 Hz, and features a CO monitor installed and calibrated to 10 PPM per OSHA standards (5 PPM for Canada). An 8-outlet solid aluminum block manifold with 1/4" Schrader style connections, external warning lights and alarms, a pressure regulator, and a safety relief valve set at 125 PSI are also included. Additionally, a visual air flowmeter is available for monitoring purposes. The unit is mounted in a Pelican™ case and can be used in both closed and upright positions. A replacement filter kit (BB100-FK) and a calibration kit for monthly monitoring (BBK-20 or BBK-20103 for the U.S., BBK-10 or BBK-10103 for Canada) are also part of the package, alongside remote alarm options (50-ALM, 50-ALMH, 50-ALMST, & 50-ALMSTH) compatible with various models.
