It includes a brass knurled one-way roller specifically made to handle all three adhesive types with minimal service, ensuring a consistent seal. Key features of the tape head incorporate compatibility with both standard and high-speed applications, an optimizing arm that reduces unwind noise and smooths tape flow, a single tension adjustment accommodating both hot acrylic and hot melt tape, and adjustable tab lengths ranging from 2-1/2 to 3 inches. Additionally, the tape erect plate prevents the bottom tape tab from falling down in windy conditions, while the application and wipe down rollers are designed to work effectively with high-speed and standard speed belt drive systems.
