The BestPack™ tape head is engineered for heavy industrial use, featuring a design with fewer moving parts and a gentle overall geometry, allowing for adjustability across various applications, from very soft underfilled cartons to heavy overstuffed cartons. It includes a brass knurled one-way roller capable of handling all three adhesive types with minimal service, ensuring a reliable and consistent seal. The tape head is suitable for both standard and high-speed applications, equipped with an optimizing arm that reduces unwind noise and smooths tape flow. It offers a simple single tension adjustment compatible with both hot acrylic and hot melt tape, as well as adjustable tab lengths ranging from 2-1/2 to 3 inches. Additionally, the tape erect plate prevents the bottom tape tab from falling down in windy conditions, and the application and wipe down rollers are designed to accommodate both high-speed and standard speed belt drive systems. This product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
