The taping head is designed for use with the 800ASB case sealer and applies a C clip of Scotch™ brand pressure-sensitive film box sealing tape to the bottom center seam of regular slotted containers. This taping head can be mounted in either the upper or lower taping locations, showcasing its versatility. Its compact size and straightforward design make it suitable for integration into various box conveying systems for carton sealing, allowing for the replacement of other taping, gluing, or stapling heads in existing case sealing machines. The heads are capable of applying tape widths ranging from 36mm to 48mm and can operate at case speeds of up to 78 ft/min. Additionally, the design features an exclusive buffing roller and brush, which help to compensate for variations in case dimensions.
