It is part of the Accucold® VAC Series, designed specifically for storing sensitive medical and pharmaceutical materials under proper conditions, featuring innovative construction for temperature stability and user-friendly attributes. With a compact footprint of 24" and a height of 32", this unit can be used either built-in or freestanding in ADA compliant settings. It boasts an automatic defrost interior with fan-forced cooling for even temperature distribution, along with three slide-out wire basket drawers for easy organization. The plastic drawer fronts help shield contents from room temperature when the door is open, and the flat interior door liner is recommended by the CDC for vaccine storage. Additional security is provided by a factory-installed front lock, while the self-closing door is particularly advantageous in lab or medical settings. The refrigerator is equipped with a hospital-grade 'green dot' cord for enhanced safety in high-traffic locations. For temperature precision, it features a digital thermostat and a high/low temperature alarm that emits an audible alert if the unit is out of the set range, and displays a NIST calibrated temperature readout to the nearest tenth of a degree.
