The door is equipped with a traceable thermometer calibrated to NIST standards in an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 laboratory, displaying the current, minimum, and maximum temperatures to the nearest tenth degree in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The buffered temperature probe is housed in a glycol-filled bottle to provide an accurate temperature reading reflective of the stored contents.
