Tripp Lite's Internet750U standby UPS provides comprehensive protection for PCs, workstations, and other sensitive electronics in a compact, mountable design. It safeguards against data loss and system downtime by delivering battery-supported AC output during brownouts and blackouts. The UPS features twelve widely spaced output receptacles, accommodating large transformer plugs without blocking outlets; six outlets offer full battery support and surge suppression for crucial components, while six additional surge suppression-only outlets are perfect for printers and accessories that do not need battery support. It includes single-line telephone suppression jacks with a line splitter, protecting up to two directly connected modems, fax machines, cordless phones, or other peripherals connected to a standard dialup or DSL phone line. A USB port with PowerAlert monitoring software enables safe, unattended system shutdowns, and the HID-compliant USB interface facilitates integration with built-in power management and auto-shutdown capabilities in Windows and Mac OS X. An audible alarm and front panel LEDs provide status information on line and battery power operation.
