These lightweight switchable rare earth permanent lift magnets are designed for use on flat or round (pipe) surfaces and feature an internal on/off release device that does not contact or damage the surface of the part. The top mounted rotating on/off actuation handle enables operation in tight spaces such as C-Channels, bins, or other narrow areas. The lift lug is adjustable to two positions, allowing for horizontal lifting of flat or round loads, or vertical lifting of flats. Key features include an on/off permanent rare earth magnet, a handle that locks in the on position, the ability to lift flat or round loads, an easy internal manual release that does not contact the load, a large swivel lift lug, and heat resistance up to 180°F (82°C). The design factor is 3:1, and the product conforms to ASME B30.20 standards. The magnet dimensions are 3"L x 2-1/2"W x 2-3/4"H, and it contains 2 poles.
