The Abell-Howe® foundationless base mounted light duty jib crane 4L0027 boasts a 1000 lb. capacity and is part of the J-904L series, specifically designed for light duty industrial applications that require only a 6" concrete depth. This jib crane necessitates the use of epoxy anchor bolts, with the Hilti RE-500 adhesive anchoring system specified for a 4 1/2" embedment. It offers 360-degree rotation on a tapered roller bearing, accommodating full capacity vertical and radial thrust loading. For installation, the concrete floor must be at least 6" thick, incorporating wire mesh reinforcement, with a minimum soil pressure of 2,500 psf and a minimum concrete compressive strength of 3,000 psi. Furthermore, the jib crane must be positioned on a square foot area devoid of cracks, seams, control joints, and walls.
