The PM3000B is a robust 14-inch table saw that integrates patented innovations for enhanced performance. It features a riving knife that rises and lowers with the blade to significantly minimize kickback risk, along with quick-release mechanisms for both the riving knife and blade guard, allowing for fast, tool-free adjustments. The saw includes a wide-stance trunnion and concave teeth on the trunnion gears for smooth blade raising and tilting. Its Poly-V drive belt system ensures efficient power transfer with minimal vibration and reduced heat build-up. The design incorporates a push button arbor lock accessible from above the tabletop to eliminate the need for dual arbor wrenches. Additionally, the sloped cabinet floor and dust shroud around the blade enhance dust collection capabilities further improved from previous models. The PM3000B also comes equipped with adjustable angle indicators on the blade bevel scale for repeatable bevel cuts, a heavy-duty micro-adjustable miter gauge with an aluminum extruded fence for precise workpiece guidance and angle adjustments, and it is CSA certified.
