The saw includes oversized cast iron tables and a newly designed arbor lock lever that is accessible from above the tabletop, eliminating the need for dual arbor wrenches. Its quick-release riving knife design helps reduce the chance of kickback, while the blade tilt scale features an integrated digital readout and adjustable angle indicators for repetitive bevel cuts. The newly designed integrated retractable hydraulic caster system allows for greater mobility, exceeding the travel of previous models. With a wide stance, heavy-duty box trunnion and concave teeth on the trunnion gears, raising and tilting the saw blade is made easier. The Poly-V drive belt system ensures quieter, more efficient power transfer from the motor to the arbor, with virtually no vibration and reduced heat build-up. The improved built-in dust collection port provides convenient access to the inside of the saw cabinet for straightforward clean-up.
