The hand geared hook-on style trolley is rated for manual or powered hoists, designed for versatility to fit most types of beams while ensuring compatibility with all hoist brands. With a 5:1 design factor, it accommodates use with both manual and powered hoists and meets pertinent U.S. (ASME/ANSI and CMAA), Canadian, and European standards. The trolley features cold formed steel side plates, including rail sweeps and drop stops, which provide strength, durability, and even load distribution. The wheel axles are rivet-locked to prevent loosening, and the cast iron wheels have a universal tread that fits either flat or tapered beams. They operate on sealed, lube-for-life ball bearings for smoother rolling with reduced effort and maintenance. The wide hanger shaft assemblies ensure fitment on almost any I-beam, H-beam, or patented track beam, with extension shaft kits also available to accommodate S-beam or patented track beams with flange adjustment from 8' to 13'. The trolleys come painted black for universal coordination.
