The hand geared hook-on style trolley is designed for both manual and powered hoists, providing versatility to fit most types of beams and compatibility with all hoist brands. It features a 5:1 design factor, ensuring reliable performance. This trolley meets pertinent U.S. standards (ASME/ANSI and CMAA), Canadian and European standards. The construction includes side plates made of cold formed steel for enhanced strength, durability, and even load distribution, while the wheel axles are securely rivet-locked to prevent loosening. The cast iron wheels feature a 'universal' tread that accommodates both flat and tapered beams and operate on sealed, 'lube-for-life' ball bearings for smoother rolling with reduced maintenance. The wide hanger shaft assemblies allow for compatibility with virtually any I-beam, H-beam, or patented track beam. Additionally, extension shaft kits are available to ensure fit with most S-beams or patented track beams, with flange adjustments ranging from 8' to 13'. The trolleys are finished in black paint for universal coordination.
