The Vulcan 36C-6BP Endurance Range is a propane convection oven designed for high-performance cooking. This model features a stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and a lift-off high shelf, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. It includes 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a shrouded flash tube pilot system, with one pilot per two burners. Heavy-duty cast grates are easy to lift off, and the extra deep grates in the back accommodate large pans or stock pots. The oven has an extra deep pull-out crumb tray with welded corners to contain liquids. With a powerful 35,000 BTU/hr convection oven, it replaces the standard oven and measures 24"D x 26-38"W x 13-78"H, featuring a 115V - 1 phase blower motor that draws 4 amps and comes with a 6' cord and plug, along with three oven racks. Full-size sheet pans fit side-to-side in the convection oven, which requires field attachment for the motor. The oven thermostat can be adjusted from 250°F to 500°F, and it includes two oven racks and four rack positions for versatile cooking options.
